Prachtig hotel , mooie kamers met prachtige uitzicht ( kregen upgrade naar zeezicht,dank) Goede bedden en fijne badkamer. Tegenover de ferry port . Dakterras met zwembad is heerlijk om af te koelen en de zonsondergang is prachtig.

Locatie, vlak bij haven en centrum van de stad. Grote kamers met mooi uitzicht. Geweldig ontbijt. Fijn zwembad met goede service op het dak.

Douche was in het bad met hoge instap, niet geschikt voor minder validen.

Great location with good views. Easily walkable to many sights. The room service food was good. The housekeeping staff were quite helpful in showing how the keys worked. The food at breakfast was pretty good. They provided a free room upgrade for one of the rooms.

The check in process was long. We had to manually write everyone's passport number, name, and signature. A bit ridiculous and insecure as one can make typos and seemingly they allowed one person to sign for everyone. Usually one gives the IDs to the check in staff and they scan/fill out such info. The rooms only had a bathtub shower that was difficult to get into. I was constantly worried about slipping (the anti-slip mat provided was flimsy). The shower did not mix cold and hot water well. It wavered between very cold and very hot water. We had asked for a king/queen bed for some rooms. At first sight, it looked fine. But actually it was two double bed mattresses placed side by side. This created a valley at night between the two sides and made it uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows were not comfortable either. I was unable to sleep at all one of the two nights we stayed there. The room service menu was limited and became even more reduced after 7pm. The room keys were magnetic and got demagnetized at the slightest touch of the mobile phone. One needs a separate pocket or bag to carry it around and it was unreasonably stressful. The doors had no peepholes. So it was always a guess who was outside if they were knocking. The wifi was a bit finicky and it didn't reach all parts of the room. The elevators were a bit slow.
