The location was incredible! Couldn’t fault it.

The staff communication was beyond poor, only Italian speaking staff that were hardly on site. I also booked a 3 person room but then was charged an additional €50 per night for the 3rd person…. A scam. The beds were also so uncomfortable…….

The location was excellent and made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the marina. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay.

The beds could have been more comfortable. A small kitchen or kitchenette with a coffee maker would have made the stay much more enjoyable. The cleanliness could also be improved, especially in the bathroom area.

Location location location! We loved being in the heart of Sorrento

No lift access at this property which we didn’t know about so we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. When we mentioned this to our host Michael he said he would help with the bags on checkout which we appreciated.

I would 100% stay here again or recommend anyone else to book their stay here! The property was centrally located and walkable to all major areas in Sorrento. We absolutely loved being able step out the door and be right in the mix! With 2 older teens I had no issues with them leaving to explore the area on their own. The room was clean, modern and exactly what we needed. It is noted that the street can get loud when it’s busy, we enjoyed this aspect but also came prepared with a small white noise machine for the night. It was beyond my expectations. Directions to check in were simple and security was great. The staff was helpful and attentive- even supporting us in getting transportation for a tour and providing suggestions for local restaurants and shops to meet our needs.
