Good price, very polite and nice reception staff. I was allowed a late check-out. Good-sized room for a Paris hotel

Het was een mooi hotel, de kamer was ruim met een keukentje en de prijzen van de minibar waren in orde. Alleen is de trap nogal gevaarlijk wanneer je in het donker door de gang gaat want je ziet door de witte kleur niet goed wat het einde van de trede is. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ook een zeer goede ligging met wat restautants in de buurt. Het ontbijt was in orde maar ik was wel teleurgesteld dat er potjes vervallen nutella lagen. Toen ik dit meldde werd dit wel meteen rechtgezet door nieuwe te geven en zich te excuseren.

The hotel is clean and pleasant. The staff is welcoming, helpful and very kind.

It is lovely apartment-hotel. We were happy to have small kitchenette area and mini fridge. Bed was very comfortable. OK space wise as we had an extra bed in the room for the child. It was clean overall, however, there was some dust on the skirting board. Needs some maintenance on bathroom silicon. Good location, quiet at night. Had nice Church Bell wake up call in the morning :)

It was a nice hotel, the rooms were clean and well furnished. We stayed for 4 nights. It was well situated for what we needed. We actually walked into the centre of Paris (3mile to the tower). There was an option for breakfast although we never used it. The gent on the desk was helpful and polite and spoke good English. Would stay there again

The location was ideal for me, the staff is very friendly and I would like to apologize again for arriving after midnight without warning and woke up the man at the desk.. sorry and thank you for your smile. Great room, spacious although it was for 3, very comfy sofa bed for one. The biggest plus is the air conditioner, it was a hot week and the a/c was more than welcome.

We had booked a room for 4 and were only 3. Lucky for us, because the 4th bed was some kind of totally unusable folded mattress on the floor.. You can offer that kind of "bed" for free but certainly not charge for it!!

It's tough to find good, affordable hotel options in Paris, but this is definitely a fantastic option. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room was clean and practical, with just about everything you could need. It's a 5 minute walk to the Marcel Sembat metro station, which will get you to the Eiffel Tower in 15-20 minutes, and the Louvre in about 45 minutes. Parc des Princes stadium is only a 15 minute walk away. The surrounding neighborhood is interesting, but fairly population-dense and busy. Not as quaint as some of the quieter suburbs, but that's not a problem. There are many restaurant options, from cheap fast food to expensive, nice places. There are lots of Japanese restaurants, which is cool. We were able to park around 12pm, even though check-in was not until 3pm. The parking garage was about a block away. Very secure, and though it was a slightly confusing process, the staff made it much easier. The room was comfortable, with good air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a small fridge, and comfortable bed. If I had to say one bad thing about the hotel, it would be that the orange curtains (which do look nice) make the room look very odd in the early morning sun, but this is the most minor of complaints. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, as I doubt you can find many other options this close to the city center.
