Todo. Mejor que muchos hoteles. Habitación amplia, limpia y bonita. El desayuno inmejorable, todo precioso y muy rico y variado (de 7:30 a 9:30) En pleno casco histórico, comodísimo para ver todo. Tiene un acuerdo con un parking que no está justo en el centro, pero te bajan y tienes el coche de forma rápida por 23 euros por día. Y lo mejor la atención de Cristina,insuperable. Por cambios en una excursión que habíamos cogido, la tuvimos que molestar varias veces, siempre atenta al Whatsapp y ayudándonos en todo. El check out es a las 10:00 pero nos guardó las maletas. Es un sitio ideal para coger excursiones a Capri, y desplazarse por la costa Amalfitana, con ambiente y más económico que otros. A Casa Dominova le pongo un 10 porque es imposible poner más.Nos encantó.

It was fresh clean and inviting. Ideally situated for exploring the centre of Sorrento. Wonderfully decorated and comfortable.

No downside.

The location is as good as it gets for exploring Sorrento, approximately 1 km from the train station. Arrival by boat from Naples is an excellent option, particularly in the off-season i.e. March. The trip takes only 45 minutes but be forewarned…the walk from the port to town is steep and challenging. Depending on traffic even by taxi could take half an hour or more to go 1.5 km. The venue is located on an off-main smaller street that is quiet in a converted multiple dwelling building. It contains 6 units with a dining area and an internal courtyard/garden. The bathroom is standard with a toilet, bidet and a walk-in shower. Although not important there is no “view” from the hotel, but a spectacular park and view is only 2 min away. Our room faced the garden making for a quiet relaxing evening and sleep. King bed very comfortable. The breakfast is quite voluminous, with meats and cheeses, hard boiled eggs, and many pastries and cakes served from 0730-0900h. Note: This is not an English or American “cooked breakfast” and is high in sugar and carbohydrates, so consider your options if you are diabetic or concerned about maintaining your teenage figure. The staff person (Christine) was helpful with good recommendations for local sites and restaurants. Some excellent choices nearby within a 10 min walk or less. Although not always on site, she is readily available by phone if needed. Wi-fi with easy access performed well. There is a local laundry a ten minute walk away that provides same day service at reasonable rates.

There was no city map available, a disappointment although you can purchase one in town. A probable one-off issue, in the off season with cooler weather our heat did not function leaving us with 18 degree evenings. It was unable to be fixed prior to departure and we left a day early. The shower was very slippery without a safety mat.
