Hotel A Palazzo Busdraghi, Residenza d'Epoca

We warmly recommend this hotel which is well located, has nice rooms, good breakfast, and staff are especially friendly and helpful

we stayed 5 nights. first night we were in wrong apartment (via Buia - would not recommend) and then fixed for following 4 nights. lovely location and great view of the amphitheater, nicely renovated, modern, 2x aircon and very clean. steep steps so recommend packing light, 4 flights to bedroom from street. Marta very helpful and efficient. we did not stay in the hotel so cannot comment on service, breakfast there. clear glass on upstairs shower is ok for some but prefer some frosting or curtain. great view of medieval tower though. parking very convenient and security gated.

Most pleasant and attentive stafff of any hotel! Great location, although there's a little bit of noise in the morning. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent value. Parking arrangement is a plus in the beautiful city of Lucca.

We stayed in the annex apartment, which is on 2nd floor and directly overlooks the Amfiteatro - the most beautiful public space in Lucca by far. Everything about this apartment is high quality. Note that breakfast is not included - because you have your own very well equipped kitchen.

This was a really super hotel with excellent front-of-house staff. The room was very nice and the breakfast super. We will certainly use this hotel again if we're in Lucca again.

Excellent stay

The location is ideal- within the walls of the town, just off one of the main shopping streets, but very quiet and comfortable. The hotel has character and we were given an upgrade, which was airy and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely place run by lovely people.

A very charming pensione hotel in central historic Lucca. Beautiful rooms with the best breakfast buffets we had anywhere in Italy. Great location on the northern side of historic Lucca, right on the shopping street but quiet since it is in a courtyard. Very hospitable and helpful staff and owner. Lovely furnishings and bathroom. Highly recommended but not for disabled or people with very small children: quite steep stairs up to the lobby area and then several little steps up and down enroute to the rooms.

High standards in terms of location, quality of hotel fit out as well as the great recommendations from staff. Breakfast was impressive and overall feel made the experience something g that I would recommend.
