​❌ Da evitare assolutamente: un'esperienza pessima a caro prezzo ​Voto: 1/5 ​L'apparenza inganna, e Villa Crispi a Mestre ne è la prova lampante. Da fuori la struttura si presenta anche bene ed è carina, ma una volta varcata la soglia d'ingresso inizia l'incubo. ​All'interno la struttura è completamente lasciata a se stessa: ​Camere indecenti: Le stanze non sono ristrutturate e i mobili sono vecchi e coperti di polvere. La moquette sul pavimento è visibilmente sporca, macchiata e piena di polvere accumulata (un incubo per chi soffre di allergie). Anche le tende erano palesemente sporche. ​Comfort inesistente: I materassi sono vecchi, usurati e incredibilmente scomodi. Inoltre, alle finestre non ci sono le zanzariere, il che rende impossibile cambiare aria senza essere rasi al suolo dagli insetti. ​Climatizzazione ko: Come se non bastasse, l'aria condizionata era rotta e praticamente assente, trasformando la camera in un forno. ​Igiene e servizi deludenti: Il bagno era sporco al nostro arrivo e la politica della struttura prevede il cambio degli asciugamani solo ogni tre giorni. La colazione? Non pervenuta, visto che non viene offerto assolutamente nulla. ​Gestione inesistente: Il personale alla reception è perennemente assente, rendendo difficile qualsiasi comunicazione o richiesta di assistenza. ​Il prezzo richiesto è decisamente troppo caro per la totale assenza di servizi, comfort e igiene che offrono. Non lo consiglio a nessuno e non ci tornerò mai più. Organizzatevi altrove!

La proximité avec les bus pour aller à Venise, et les commerces. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel nous a renseigné et conseillé sur les activités et les bons plans de Venise

Il était noté climatisation mais c'est en fait une ventilation : nous avons souffert de la chaleur pour dormir et en devant ouvrir les fenêtres, nous avons eu pas mal de moustiques

I simply wanted to mention a few important points: the shower was broken, the minibar was not cooling properly, and the air conditioning was not working. It would also be helpful to warn guests that there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. These are important details, and addressing them would improve both the image of the room and of the hotel overall. Szépen megőrizték a villa antik jellegét. Szép a szoba és az épület is. Csendes a környék.

A kommunikáció nehézkes volt a személyzettel. Jó lett volna egy kicsi hűtő.

We stayed in Mestre and visited Venice for 4 days, and we had a wonderful experience at Villa Crispi. The building is beautiful, the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the host was extremely kind, welcoming, and polite. The location is excellent — very close to the center of Mestre and the train station, with easy access to trams and buses that take you directly to Venice. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again!
