A normal hotel, convenient location, everything is compact. I liked that they gave us delicious breakfast boxes, since we were leaving very early.

We stayed at this hotel for a business trip and specifically requested split invoices before booking. We had one double room for two people and needed the final bill divided into two separate invoices, each with a different guest name and individual amount. The hotel confirmed via email that this would be possible, which is why we chose them. However, upon checkout at 6 AM, we were told this could only be handled by the main office, which was closed at that hour. They promised to email us the documents. When the invoice arrived, it only had one name on it. Despite subsequent emails requesting the correction as agreed, the hotel failed to provide the invoices with both names. It is very disappointing to encounter such a misunderstanding, especially after getting prior approval

Size of room (mini suite) for price was good value. Location; although 10 mins walk from railway station, it is much more central to city/harbour/castle/shopping than the hotels clustered around the station, so popping back to leave or collect items from room (e.g. coats, purchases etc) or to change was really easy. The buffet breakfast selection was good, & it set you up for the day. We had an early train departure &, having enquired 36hrs in advance, two generously-sized, packed breakfasts awaited our 0600h check-out. Thank you.

Not a criticism of the hotel; in Norway, doorways to bathrooms all seem to have a step-over threshold to which we Brits are not accustomed - the one here was nearly 10cm high, & I stubbed my toes twice!
