Hardanger Hotel

Where to begin, from our late arrival the staff was kind, warm and welcoming after a long journey. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were perfect before and during the ardous Trolltunga hike. Returning home to a steaming hot shower, a heated bathroom floor and cozy bed made for the perfect nights sleep. Hardanger Hotel is perfect for visiting Odda. Staff is bar none and very informative. Highly recommend.

The most fantastic owner and host Ole! It isn’t often you encounter this family- owned environment with such personal service to make our stay incredibly special… we will never forget you! We hiked Trollunga and the Bruebreen glacier trail within an easy drive.

The hotel needs to be refreshed. It’s really warned down

Overall was quite comfortable. The hotel was a bit dated, but overall was a great place to stay. Breakfast was great as well.

The property was dated and didn't have in-room temperature control. They also left the front door open all the time where people smoke and it makes it way to the lobby and restaurant

An incredible view! A great hotel. The owners are absolutely the most accommodating people you could hope for. The beds are crazy comfortable. The rooms are spacious with decor a little dated but clean and comfy. Bathrooms are large. The breakfast is delicious and the bar is great. They will turn you into Red Elvis fans for sure! Our first room didn’t have a great views because we didn’t know to ask. As soon as a room opened up they moved us! Amazing. In the middle of a quaint wonderful town. Hiker’s paradise.

Fantastic hotel with the best view out of any hotel window due to its great location. Room clean and comfortable. Friendly staff who are happy to answers questions and have good ideas of where is best to eat and visit. Breakfast is plentiful and good with a varied selection. I will return again.
