Parking for hotel guests is available at a discounted charge (payable at the hotel reception desk) on the central parking in front of the town center, though the hotel can be reached by car to check in and unload the luggage. There is a free mini bus / shuttle commuting between the parking and the hotel (Tartini Square) regularly. "Dogs and other pets are welcome at our hotel for an additional fee of 25€ per night. Fee for other small pets (cats, rabbits, etc.) is 15€." "Piran super, Hotel ist das Geld nicht wert. Zu teuer!"

Auswahl beim Frühstück, sehr gutes Personal an der Rezeption. Gutes Bett.

Trotz eines großen Frühstücksraums stehen die Tische dicht gedrängt an den Wänden, in der Mitte ist dafür sehr viel Raum ungenützt. Man hat kaum Platz sich hin zu setzen bzw. stößt man Rücken an Rücken aneinander, das führte zu manchem Konflikt, wurde auch bei anderen beobachtet. Tische werden langsam abgeräumt. Hunde der Gäste liegen mitten im Weg, man muss darübersteigen. Kaffeevollautomat war abgedeckt, jeder Kaffee wurde einzeln serviert, das dauerte sehr lange bzw. wurde vergessen. Zimmer sind schmucklos, sehr spartanisch. (Hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon im 4. Stock.) Keine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer, nur Bett und Kühlschrank. Kein Kasten, nur Kleiderstange. Am Boden lagen lange schwarze Haare herum, auch im Badezimmer. Bei der Balkontüre lief bei Regen das Wasser unten rein. Es scheint eine gewisse Betriebsblindheit zu herrschen. Preisleistungverhältnis (> 200€ die Nacht im Einzelzimmer) passt nicht.

Very friendly and helpful staff that took care of your needs promptly. Fantastic breakfast with a great selection to start the day.

The shower is missing a door causing water to pool in the bathroom.
