It is just 10min walk to the center and is more quiet. Room gets cleaned each day and there is a big garden outside, even though each room has private balcony. It is greenery outside on the backyard and possibility to sit also in the garden in the shadow. We got our flight back home cancelled, owner responded imediatelly when asking to stay another night. It was not a problem.

The studio is very nice, comfortable bed, AC. Little kitchen has everything you need for dimple cooking. I was impressed by cleanliness, toiletries were provided as well. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

It is my personal experience - I did not enjoy the proximity of the road. Couldn’t leave the balcony door open as the nose bothered me. However, it does not affect the pleasant impression of the apartment.

Authentic homestay very close to a hip beach, bus stop and a ten-minute (hairy-not much sidewalk) walk into the old town. Exceptionally clean and quiet (except for some traffic), with a balcony and clothes line for bathers and towels. Highly recommend! Stelios was helpful and it's so nice to stay in a budget room in such a good location that was comfortable.

It was great and such good value for money. But an extra bed cover would have been good :)

Posizione perfetta: 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Skiatos, 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Megali Ammos, 2 minuti a piedi sia a minimarket che a car rental (consigliato affittare almeno un motorino per girare l’isola). Pulizie perfette eseguite ogni mattina, cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Staff cordiale e non invadente ma sempre disponibile.

Il mobilio è un po’ vecchio ma comunque rispetto alle foto dal vivo gli interni sono più nuovi.
