Entrée Hotel Glinde

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück aber die Sauberkeit ist auf höchstem Niveau negativ zu bewerten. Nach der 2. Übernachtung löste sich das Kopfkissen aus dem Bezug, dieses war voller Schweiss- und Blutflecken. Zwar wurde mir ein Ersatzzimmer angeboten, der Ekel überwog und ich verließ das Hotel schnellstmöglich. Der zugesagte Rückruf in dieser Angelegenheit blieb aus. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!!!!

Übernachtung im Gästehaus Eine Toilette ließ sich nicht abschließen; im Bad war der Spülkasten lose; bei zwei Türen musste man aufpassen, dass man die Türgriffe nicht in der Hand hatte; das Türblatt von der Zimmertür war kaputt; in der Fensterbank gucken Schrauben raus; Lampen hingen lose an der Decke... Für diese Mängel ist die Unterkunft zu teuer. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war ausreichend und in Ordnung.

Utmerket rimelig hotell med frokost. God og rimelig mat i tilstøtende restaurant. Store romslige rom, men noe hard seng etter min smak. Rolig område med kort kjøre avstand til A1. Innsjekking etter kl 22 etter avtale.

We booked via Hotels.com at 9 pm NON Refundable. Arrived 2 hours later at 11 pm. at a closed hotel with no night We tried to call on the phone and knock at door. We had to leave again with no accomendation and no refund.

Keine Umbuchung im Hotel moglich musste das Zimmer doppelt bezahlen !

Das Hotel war sehr schön und gut aber leider das Doppel Zimmer die Betten waren weit von einander es ist schöner wenn Ein Doppel Bett wäre

The room was spacious, clean and nice. Shops were about 15 min walk but there was nothing else interesting in the area. The connection into Hamburg was reasonable and the staff at the reception were very helpful.

The hotel was very nice and staff very welcoming it would have been nice if they provided a kettle and cups so you could have made tea or a coffee

The hotel is dusty, noisy and has no privacy. The room is very dusty and the toilet bowl is not so clean. There are many foreign people living in level 1 at the corner of the hotel permanently and they talk very loudly in the evening and in the morning which makes it noisy. Also, there was constant sound from the howling of the wind which makes it noisy too. At day 2 of our stay at 8.30 am, a housekeeper walked straight into our hotel room while my husband was still sleeping unclothed. I saw the housekeeper and got a rude shock and had to shout hey in order to stop her from walking into us. She didn't even bother to knock on our door at all. This happened because there is no door lock at all. We felt totally unsafe and lacked privacy. The hotel also smells real bad because people smoke at the lobby outside the hotel and the smell get to everywhere including our bathroom. We warn everyone against staying in this unpleasant hotel.
