Good location

No air conditioning made for poor sleep. The hamburger was at a price of $32 almost a joke. The peace of meet was 2” in diameter and 1/2” thick. Must have been a profit margin of 80-90%.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel

Ich habe schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Diesmal habe ich ein sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen, und da ich eine ganze Woche gebucht hatte und im Zimmer auch arbeiten musste, habe ich um ein größeres Zimmer ersucht. Das wurde mir am ersten Abend zugesagt mit dem Hinweis, wegen meiner späten Anreise sei kein anderes Zimmer mehr verfügbar gewesen. Ich habe deshalb, wie am Vorabend mit dem Personal vereinbart, meinen Koffer am nächsten Morgen wieder in der Rezeption mit Hinweis auf den zugesagten Zimmertausch hinterstellt. Nach Rückkehr ins Hotel am Abend wusste man davon nichts und man hat mir mitgeteilt, dass ein anderes Zimmer nur gegen erheblichen Aufpreis zu haben sei. Das habe ich abgelehnt. Mein Hinweis auf bessere Zimmer bei Buchung der gleichen Kategorie bei früheren Aufenthalten wurde mit dem Hinweis beantwortet, ich solle hinkünftig direkt buchen, dann könne man mir ein gutes Angebot machen. Ich habe diesmal sehr lange im Voraus gebucht und ich muss sagen, für dieses Zimmer ist der Preis einfach nicht gerechtfertigt!
