Comfortable enough property which works well as a rural oasis & retreat with helpful & friendly staff: enjoyable restaurant with a creditable regional emphasis, simple but ample spa facilities, relaxing garden area but catastrophic & essentially inoperative wifi connection, which plays an important role over the course of a relatively extended stay, unless total media detox is your overriding aim. The hotel’s response to this deficiency is unfortunately fatalistic & utterly lame.
