The restaurant was decent. Served authentic Austrian food

Unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. The room initially provided did not match what was advertised, requiring a room change. Unfortunately, on the 2nd night the hotel hosted a party that continued into the early hours of the morning, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The replacement room was directly above the hotel entrance, resulting in ongoing noise from guests entering, leaving, talking, and smoking late into the night. In addition, there was no usable hot water in that room. Upon raising these issues with the hotel, management acknowledged them and indicated that a full refund would be provided due to the inconvenience caused; however, this was never honoured. What made the experience even more disappointing was that this was the most expensive hotel of our Austrian holiday, yet it offered the poorest value for money. We stayed at several other hotels during our trip, all of which provided a significantly better experience at a lower cost. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend
