Grand Hôtel des Alpes

Tout était génial du début à la fin avec un personnel aux petits soin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons réitérer l’expérience.

I like the bedding and the sound of the river whilst sleeping

The sauna was not working so I think people who are looking forward to using that and willing to pay the extra for these massive selling points are being misled. It's easy enough for a huge hotel chain to get someone in to fix it when needed. It's false advertising.

The hotel is quaint, and the location is great. The staff were helpful and polite.

We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and our room did not have airconditioning. Being on the first floor next to the town centre meant it was incredibly noisy with the windows open. We did have a fan but barely slept, the room was so hot and we kept being woken up by loud noises. Also, 25 euros per night for parking is too much.

L'emplacement au centre de Chamonix, le centre de santé bien être ainsi que la proximité de toutes les attractions et restaurants... La disponibilité du personnel à l'accueil pour nous commander les billets pour les visites et la gentillesse, la douceur de la dame pour les massages.

Les prix des petits déjeuners et l'absence de cabine de douche ... histoire de dire quelque chose 😉
