La gentillesse du personnel de réception, la qualité de la literie

Le fait que certains serveurs ne parlent pas français. La présence de marginaux devant la porte de l’hôtel avec des chiens. J’ai été frappée violemment dans le mollet par l’un d’entre eux qui courrait chercher une balle. Outre la surprise qui aurait pu me faire tomber, j’ai un joli hématome. Et le propriétaire s’est à peine excusé…
