Hotel Antequera Hills

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Antequera for 2 nights. It is on the outskirts of town. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinners. The hotel is tired but quite comfortable.

Very tired hotel could do with updating, staff friendly but service was poor had to ask for everything, but took a while to get it. Beds were hard as rock so not much quality sleep, no heating so had to ask for blankets and everywhere was really dark and dingy.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. We stayed for just one night so we couldn't use all their facilities, but everything looked great.

Although we were surprised by the amenities offered at the hotel, there was room for improvement. The restaurant stafff was disorganized so coffee machines and toasters did not work. Some staff members were very rude. Plates were not cleared. However the food was very good. We stayed 8 nights and enjoyed pretty much every meal. The general upkeep of the hotel is lacking....torn carpets, unfinished painting, burned lampshades, torn curtains. It was kept clean by the staff. Location was great. Front desk staff was helpful and efficient. I would tell a friend to stay there but to be aware that it is run down.

Nothing artículos like that all good about it's good it's a little bit on the run down side but for the price in the location in the case of Duty rap underground parking is it ok to go there

The hotel is a large block built on the edge of town, where a lot of new development seems to be happening. Location is good for those travelling with their own cart, as on-street and covered parking is available. Hotels in town make parking problematic! The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and airy. There is a pool, with cafe overlooking and a small bar area that also serves snack food. There is also a wonderful restaurant on the premises too. The hotel partly-sponsors a little "tourist train" that meanders through all the major sights and this is highly recommended as a way to travel into town and back. You can get on and off at will.

The hotel breakfast price compared to local area restaurants was dabble. The health centre (swimming pool, gym, Sona,...) only open 12:30-22:00 which we couldn't use it as we went out at 11:00 till late in the evening. The room was a bit cold at night and we request the heating but they said it is not a winter time so no hearing at the moment.

Stayed for 3 days. Staff were very helpful and many spoke English. Loved the pool area.

the stay was good. This one was one hotel of a series of hotels we used while we travel. Again some of the information provided was not accurate by offering things that were out of service or not provided unless there was an extra charge or fee for using the service, where the description made it sound it was part of the stay or use of the hotel. Apart from that the receptionists where very polite and helpful and the hotel was easy to find. They have a restaurant at the hotel so we were able to eat when we got there late that night.

Room was comfortable, only problem no tea/coffe making facilities at all, i like my cuppa in the morning, went out & bought a kettle & mugs etc, considering its four stars, bit of a let down, also building & grounds could do with a lick of paint & tidy up, didn't eat at hotel so can't comment on restaurant, overall was an ok stay
