Freundliches kompetentes Personal. Sehr sauber. Ruhig! Zentral am Hauptbahnhof. Gegenüber ein Lebensmittelmarkt, der bis 22 h geöffnet hat. Rezeption 24 Std. besetzt, was zur Sicherheit wesentlich beiträgt. Fahrrad konnte ich im Gebäude abstellen. Frühstück prima. Preiswert. Ich habe gerne Trinkgeld gegeben.

Rien.

La chambre, l'escalier, l'ascenseur sont sales, vétustes, vieux sans rénovation. c'est dégoutant. Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas, pourquoi cet hôtel a eu 3 étoiles? Ne vous trompez jamais d'y aller.

Die Hygiene war absolut katastrophal. Die Matratze war sichtlich kontaminiert und die Bettlaken waren überhaupt nicht sauber. Ich habe mich nur für einen kurzen Moment hingelegt, wurde aber sofort von Ungeziefer gebissen und es fing überall an zu jucken. Eine Stornierung der Reservierung war leider nicht einmal möglich. Am Ende konnte ich eine Nacht vor der Abreise überhaupt nicht schlafen, um meine eigene Gesundheit nicht zu gefährden. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Wirklich sehr freundliches Personal neu renoviertes Bad ausgelegte Karten/Flyer für Aktivitäten/Stadtpläne Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer goldwert

Baustelle vorm Hotel, hätte vor Buchung sofort erkennbar sein sollen Fehlende Handtuchhalter/Haken neue Dusche leider undicht Bad ohne Fenster und der Abzug lief nicht ungewohnt: Zimmerschlüssel musste bei Verlassen des Hotels abgegeben werden Laute Straße am Tag wegen Bauarbeiten, in der Nacht wegen der Szene, die uns bei Buchung nicht bewusst war
