Stayed here at the end of March during St Patrick’s week and had a really good stay overall. The staff were all lovely and very friendly throughout the hotel. The rooms have been nicely updated and were clean and comfortable. The food was a bit hit and miss at times, but for a cheap Spanish all-inclusive it was absolutely fine and there was always something to eat. We didn’t use the evening entertainment so can’t comment on that, and we also didn’t use the pool as it was only around 18–20°C during our stay. The location was ideal for us — right next to Aldi, down the road from McDonald’s, and close to plenty of bars and nightlife. The only real issue we had was with the lifts. They took forever to arrive and when they did they were usually already full, so we often ended up waiting quite a while for another one. Overall though, good value for money and we’d definitely consider staying again for a budget-friendly Benidorm trip.

Great location good food if u like clearing ur own table absolutely no connection with guests totally we got ur money now we don't care I stayed here 3 yrs ago and was excellent I would never recommend this hotel reception staff no time for u and very rude be careful if u hire a scooter cos they charge u parking as well no pool towels to hire we were told buy ur own never have I ever been to a hotel to have to clear someone else's stuff before u can eat total disrespect

Reception staff friendly & welcoming. Rooms very good size we had pool view, 14th floor. There is an adult only terrace with sun beds. Food great, lots of choice, tasty. Several bars,good choice on all inclusive drinks, including strongbow cider on draught. If you don't have a club room, you can still use the roof top bar by obtaining a key from reception Thursday to Sunday 9pm onwards; You for have to pay for drinks here, but get 25% off. Unless you've paid as part of club room Clean throughout hotel & rooms. Fridge & kettle in room. Good location, not far from indoor & outdoor market, bars, restaurants, beach, etc 15-20min walk to beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drains for the majority of our stay. We reported the issue twice to hotel staff and were assured both times that it would be dealt with, but nothing changed. The drains were also extremely noisy throughout the night, constantly waking us up and seriously affecting our sleep. I even have recordings of the noise because it was so bad. I then reported the issue for a third time directly to the hotel representative. She told me she would speak to maintenance and get back to me, but she never did, and neither did the hotel. After returning home, I emailed a formal complaint and received no response. I then sent a second email simply asking whether they had received my complaint, and again I was completely ignored. What is even more concerning is that after reading other reviews, it is clear that the drain smell and noise are ongoing issues that other guests have experienced as well, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident. The food was also very poor quality during our stay, and unfortunately 4 members of our party, including my toddler, became unwell. Again, after reading reviews, this also seems to be a recurring complaint from other guests. What is most frustrating is not just the condition of the room and food quality, but the complete lack of communication and customer service throughout. Problems can happen in any hotel, but repeatedly ignoring guests and failing to follow up is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return.
