Goed personeel, leuke locatie, goede kamers! En je krijgt meer dan waar je voor betaald!

De deur van de hotelkamer laat veel geluid van de gang door, zijn waarschijnlijk nog oude deuren (ze zijn prachtig hoor;) ) maar dat maakt alles op de gang gehorig, maar geen groot ding

Ristorante, piscina e zona tranquilla

Colonnina ricarica auto che si blocca subito per problemi di bassa tensione dalla rete(app auto mi dava 183v),che sicuramente non dipende dalla struttura ma che potrebbero far risolvere

Il nostro soggiorno è stato bellissimo ed indimenticabile, lo conserveremo nel cuore, insieme a tutto lo staff, che ha reso speciale la nostra vacanza. Un grazie speciale ad Hana, Alessia, Sandro, Sara, Cledis e Luca! La cucina dello Chef Biagio e dei suoi collaboratori è stata un'esperienza culinaria, ogni giorno sorprendente e molto curata, nella scelta degli ingredienti locali... Torneremo presto!

Un piccolo suggerimento per chi soggiorna più a lungo, sarebbero utili degli armadi organizzati con delle mensole, in modo da lasciare le camere più ordinate, che faciliterebbe il lavoro delle ragazze che si occupano delle pulizie...

- Swimming pool - Rooms’ privacy and space - parking - restaurant

- my room had an “imprecise flooring” with spaces from where ants had entered and spread over my dog’s food (sealed in its bag, and yet…). - overwatered garden smelling rot Over two days: - ants had also entered through the cracks between the floor and the wall… result… my bags, clothes and everything I brought home is full of ants… I’m outraged. -each day, ants kept coming in. - in all of these the staff had just shook their shoulders with “yes, it can happen” and no compensation nor a gesture like offering a coffee… that’s it. Just sorry and some spray.
