La ubicación es inmejorable, el personal es muy atento y amable, el departamento es muy cómodo y amplio, cerca de todos los atractivos de la ciudad, el casco histórico y la basílica del Pilar. Tiene un restaurante con una excelente atención en la terraza con una vista única a la ciudad. Volvería y lo recomiendo

"Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit kleinen Fehlern"

Schönes sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, Kissen in unterschiedlicher Härte und Höhe zur Auswahl, Wasser und kl Sekt zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln und Milch Geräumiges Bad

Das Frühstück hatte kein 4 Sterne-Niveau. Vieles war abgepackt (Butter, Marmelade, Joghurt), Eier, Würstchen, Speck, Gemüse... alles war kalt, weil vergessen worden war, die Wärmeplatten anzuschalten. Ich hatte 24 Std. kein WLAN, die (ziemlich aufwendige) Anmeldung klappte nicht, auch dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, den ich um Hilfe bat, gelang es nicht. Die Silikondichtung an der Dusche ist an einigen Stellen unappetitlich braun, sie sollte dringend erneuert werden.

Odlična lokacija, prostrana soba, udobni kreveti. Ulazni hol veoma lepo dekorisan (nama znači)

Od pet dana sobarica je dva dana došla tek u 16h da pospremi sobu kada smo mi mi bili na popodnevnom odmoru. U sobi postoji kafe aparat ali su nam samo za prvi dan ostavili dve kapsule, a za ostale dane treba da idete sami da ih kupite (mali trošak za hotel, a maltretiranje za goste)

Fantastic location central near old town with all attractions and bar/restaurants. Gorgeous view from the rooftop restaurant. Secure parking. Helpful and friendly staff.

Dichtbij het centrum. We hadden een ruim appartement met een zithoek. Ontbijt was super! Parkeren in de garage vh hotel.. super!

Everything was nice - the room, the staff, the rooftop bar. Breakfast was also excellent.

If the location had an inside pool, it would have been even better.
