We had the Penthouse room which was lovely and big and very comfortable. Lovely big bed, armchairs, big shower with two lovely terraces. Plenty of room to keep belongings and lift access direct to room

The area in the room where the kettle and cups were was in an awkward space where it was easy to hit your head on the sloped ceiling The breakfast was lovely but because it was outside in an outdoor structure and we went in March it was quite chilly eating outside

Room was stunning, incredible for the price as well, and the couple who own it are very accommodating and lovely! Definitely would come back if staying in Sorento again!

Do quarto, da vista do quarto, do atendimento do proprietário, muito solicito e simpático e da comodidade do estacionamento.

Só não dei nota 10 por dois motivos: O café da manhã não oferece muitas opções. Ainda assim, é suficiente, porém nos foi servido apenas um copo de suco de laranja (aproximadamente 200 ml). Solicitei outro, mas o pedido foi negado. O quarto é impecável — limpo, moderno e com uma vista incrível. No entanto, o colchão da cama de casal já está bastante deformado em ambos os lados.

The room was a lovely size, lots of storage space, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Breakfast was ok, continental style, pastries were lovely but you need to get there early! Lady serving was very friendly. 15 minute walk to the main town

Limited plug sockets in the room, very little space for toiletries in bathroom. We asked for glasses to have cold drinks in the room but the housekeeping kept removing them so we had to hide them!😂. I know we all have Google but a small information leaflet would be helpful about getting to the town and also about how to contact anyone if you have any issues whilst there, we hardly saw anyone and also about leaving your key on departure, we had to take ours with us as left early.

Las vistas de la habitación Vesuvio son impresionantes. El hotel es sumamente tranquilo y silencioso, perfecto para descansar. Super limpio y agradable. El staff muy atento y cálido.

My fiancé and i had a wonderful 3 night stay at Il Roseto! We were warmly greeted by Maria at check in and shown to our room. The room was spotlessly clean and cosy. There is a kettle and tea amenities as well as mini fridge and safe. Breakfast was lovely, selection of teas, freshly squeezed orange juice. With a choice of cereal, toast, pastries, fruit and boiled eggs. The grounds are absolutely lovely and its very safe and secure. Lots of cats around who are well looked after! The pool was being maintained at the time of our visit but its a lovely large space and I'm sure it will be well used in the warmer months! The hotel is about 15 mins walk to the main sorrento square but you pass many shops and restaurants on that walk. Top tip - we found it easier to get to the hotel from S'Agnello train station than Sorrento station. Only a 3 min walking difference but avoids hills! Ill Roseto gets 5 stars from us!

Worst stay, faulty electrics in the bedroom, only one socket working and advised to use the kettle on the floor, paid for a balcony which we didn’t get, paid for a triple room and my daughter had to sleep on a chaise lounge with a curtain to cover her. Raised our issues with the manger but he didn’t care. Bathroom was dirty with dead flys, radiator in bathroom leaking and not working so absolutely freezing when having a shower, heating worked on and off so bedroom was freezing. Requested a refund and now the hotel are ignoring booking.com emails that have been sent. Absolutely disgusting
