Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Mooi Veluwe

De locatie is prachtig, midden in de bossen en vanuit het hotel kun je allerlei wandelingen en fietsroutes beginnen. Fietshuur bij het hotel goed geregeld en betaalbaar.

Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen, wij waren er in het paasweekend en daardoor kon er tot 10 uur ontbeten worden. Helaas werd het buffet na 9:20 uur bijna niet meer aangevuld. Ook het feit dat er toen al geschoven moest worden met tafels voor de brunch is niet heel gastvrij.

De kamer, klein en slecht matras en kussen. Geen koffie mogelijkheid op de kamer

Kamers waren prima

Achterstallig onderhoud aan parkeerplaats( één modderpoel) en terrassen bij de kamers

The location was convenient, the place is overall clean, easy to find and great for a 1-2 night stay. It really depends on what you need. Probably next time I'd consider camping closer to De Veluwe park.

The receptionist first gave us keys for a room with people inside. Yes, that happened. And it's probably not her fault but whatever internal system the hotel uses is obviously not showing the right data. Luckily for us we just saw their personal belongings, and there was no one there. The 2 people in the breakfast area welcomed us with loud disappointment (OHHHH... it's already 10!) when we showed up for breakfast at 9:47, knowing that breakfast is from 7 to 10, and that most people only finished eating around 10:30. We didn't mind if the open buffet was full or not. The options were mediocre anyway. And all we wanted was to grab a cup of coffee and a croissant. Options were poor, but it was the stuff reaction that I couldn't get over. We were told off for showing up late, not even asked whether we just needed to grab something, no apologies or nice ways to put it, no hospitality training whatsoever. Also, the evening before, the personnel were friendly this time, but they didn't know what some of the dishes had, and they didn't know how to collect payment because I don't work here often. That makes me think they might have a lot of staff on call. That's totally fine, but please jeeez give them some basic training first!

De rust en omgeving

Onbeleefde dame in restaurant bij het stellen van een vraag. Upgrade naar Paasbuffet was ontgoochelend qua prijs en aangeboden zaken. Het gewone ontbijt was stukken beter.

Ligging van het hotel

Te weinig opbergruimte in de kamer. Hang een plankje op . Gehorig als er iemand op de gang aan het praten was
