Anaheim Desert Inn & Suites

Very nice staying so close to Disneyland entrance. Easy to go back and fourth to the park multiple times a day. Not the best blankets on the bed. We do ask for extra and they quickly gave us some. They also stored our bags for us before check in an after check out which was very helpful. There was a small amount of ants in your room. But it wasn’t too bad.

Clean rooms as close to Disneyland as possible. Perfect for rope dropping, afternoon naps during busy park times, then going back til the park closes. Room service daily was great. Continental breakfast available daily.

We’ve stayed at many of the Harbor Blvd hotels across from Disneyland. Most are fine. A few are nicer than you’d expect. Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites is absolutely terrible. The main issue we had was that our room was not fully cleaned upon arrival, but we arrived around 11pm, so there wasn't really time to do anything about it that night. The next day we left our room early to head into the parks. When we returned around 11pm that night, our room had not been cleaned. We stayed for 4 nights total, and our room wasn't cleaner any of those days. We had to clean the room ourselves, and had to fetch towels from the nearest cleaning cart we could find on afternoon. When we told staff, they were nice enough, but nothing actually changed and no one ever arrived to clean our room. When I brought this to the hotels attention via multiple emails, they ignored every single email and have yet to reply. This is totally unacceptable, and therefore I highly recommend you avoid ever staying at Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites. Some other issues: Actually sleeping in this hotel is very difficult. The beds are hard as rocks. I slept on a fold out couch, which was not comfortable, but was better than the rock hard bed. Noise is also an issue. It’s a motel, but with 6 or 7 floors - that means it’s an open railing out to the surrounding parking lots, and the higher you go the more you can hear - so all the noise from every surrounding parking lot is audible at all hours. Terrible noise levels. And there is so much artificial light coming from outside the windows, with completely inadequate means of blocking out that light, that the room was almost fully illuminated all night. Staff are friendly, but clearly inept at actually providing service. Every other hotel in the area provides free bag storage for the day you leave - Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites does not; you have to pay with quarters to use storage lockers for anything smaller than a large check in suitcase - this was a very frustrating thing to learn on our last morning before heading into the parks a last time. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What makes it the absolute worst is the hotel’s total lack of response - I’ve sent them 4 emails and they haven't replied to any of them. DO NOT STAY at Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites.

We stay here a lot and have never had a bad experience. Front desk staff is always friendly and efficient. Ryan was a huge help for us when we checked in. The room was clean and our request for 1st floor with a crib was accommodated which means they actually take the time to read through those and do their best.

This is the best place to stay for your Disneyland vacation. The prices are very reasonable; they have some rooms with a couch that folds out into a bed (which is perfect for my family of five). And you can't beat the location, just about 500 feet from the crosswalk to the parks.

Brought my daughter and grandson to DCA and Disneyland for grandson's spring break.Everything about this place was perfect! Best part was the location! We could get away from the heat too take a short nap and go back to the parks. I would highly recommend Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites!

Great friendly staff. Great parking. Breakfast could be better. Add bagels and waffles. Beds need up dating! Definitely would stay there again

I stay here all the time and it is fantastic each and every time!

Location was perfect,, beds are outdated and so is the bedding. Water smelt very bad but I feel that’s what it is in that area.
