Excellent hotel except pillars very very hard and uncomfortable

Enjoyed stopover especially being able to have the dogs with us. The only thing , it would be nice to have a kettle in the room for making tea and coffee

Stayed 4 nights. Basic rooms but really clean. Friendly staff. Didn't eat in the restaurant but have been told is good by family who have eaten there. Great hotel for the price. Would stay there again.

We decided to break our journey back to the Eurotunnel terminal, and the Armony hotel was in the right place, near to Rouen and just off the motorway. My wife was unwell when we arrived, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. One big omission from the room equipment, especially in the circumstances, was any form of kettle or other hot-drink source. LemSip does not work with cold water.

Good value for money. Comfortable room but no tea making or coffee facilities. Shower hot and efficient but no bath. Good restaurant and decent breakfast. Reliable stop en route to or from ferries to UK.

Nice clean hotel, Sunday night no food available, local town had no cafe open. great location off motorway. Good breakfast on Monday morning.

Easy to find, on the edge of a commercial estate on the road from the autoroute into town. Reception at the hotel was friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable but did lack storage shelves for non-hanging clothes. Bathroom/shower was well above average for France. The bed (and pillows) were on a par with Premier Inn beds, which we have always found excellent. Breakfast was a buffet and very comprehensive, representing good value for money. The restaurant appears to be the only one (or one of very few!) in town, so we ate there every night and didn't have to repeat a dish during our stay. Altogether excellent.

Quite modern hotel ,middle range with excellent facilities including a very nice restaurant with very reasonably priced meals. Can't really fault our one night stay,would certainly choose the hotel again. Additionally it is just a few miles from a major motorway junction south of Rouen.

Stayed here both on the way to Southern Brittany and on way back. Hotel staff very helpful. Room and bed good (although lacked a hairdryer). Really good breakfast with eggs and meat as well as the usual croissants, etc. Surroundings rather bland with little shade, motorway noise in distance constant (though it didn't interfere with sleep). 10 minute drive to Brotonne Forest and bac across Seine to Jumieges. Excellent stopover.

We were travelling as an extended family with 6 adults and 7 children ranging from 8 years down to 7 weeks. Having booked ahead to stay both on our journey down through France and back we were surprised on our return to the Hotel to be told that we could not have the configuration of rooms we had had previously and that the total cost was going to be nearly 200 euros more. We argued the case and finally got agreement to hold the original costs as per our booking. It was clear that rooms had not been allocated to our booking in advance and that when we arrived they were trying to sort out how to accommodate us! We ate in the hotel for ease and despite there only being two other people in the restaurant we were served our food almost in relays with three of the children being overlooked completely and not served anything at all until we questioned the staff as to where their meals were.
