Pulizia delle camere migliorabile, fastidiosa presenza di scarafaggi.

I was in a room that had no view, the only window was for the inside of the hotel.

Camera molto piccola , doccia bagno parzialmente rotta , il dispenser del sapone lavabo era vuoto ,

The location was perfect and the room was lovely.

The design of the hotel meant that every sound in reception travelled up to the room. You could hear every cough, every door. This kept me awake until 12 and woke me at 6am. It was great that there was a fridge in the room, but there was no coffee.
