We loved the fantastic breakfast included with our stay. The staff were amazing. We had to leave early the day of checkout before breakfast started so they prepared us lunches the night before to take with us. The rooms had a great layout with mini kitchenette. Would highly reccommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Village. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was VERY spacious. We got the deluxe studio apt which was huge for a European room. Loved the free parking, never had any issues if the lot was full there is plenty of parking on the side street. Front desk was very helpful when we needed them. I would stay here again! The hotel may seem far from town for some, 20-30min depends on your walking/physical skills. Bring sneakers as it is down hill to the town and up hill back to the hotel but it was nice to get in our steps! The beach is 10-15min walk but down and up hill as well so pack light!

We LOVED this hotel. It was our favorite hotel of our entire 15 day trip! If I could give it an 11 on a 10 point scale - I would. It was true to its name and felt like a private village in Portugal. The staff was amazing and catered to our needs, the breakfast was a spectacular feast of handmade breakfast foods and Portuguese specialties. It was obvious that the hotel put a lot of care into the preparation. The room was lovely with a huge, very comfortable king bed plus a living room with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was fully stocked and the shower - wow! A great rainfall shower head. It was an easy walk to the beach and about 20 minute walk to town. We chose to drive to town but there was plenty of parking ( the hotel manager provided a parking map for us). And as a plus there are 2 lovely outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool and Turkish bath/Sauna. This hotel is a hidden gem - if you are considering visiting Lagos - book this hotel!! I give it my highest recommendation.

Beautifully landscaped property with large spacious rooms. Awesome on site restaurant with delicious breakfast buffet and dinners. Great location close to beaches.

Amazing room. It’s on the quiet side. But so close to the amazing beaches. We rented a car so the parking area of this hotel is super convenient.

It was an amazing place to stay…The staff were great, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean. We had this kinda little apartment with a kitchen, bedroom and living room. Lots of space and in front of it a swimming pool. The only thing what didn’t fit in the picture was this building in front of the house. It was kinda like a lost place…and wasn’t such a nice view. The variety of breakfast was just outstanding. So many different things you could have. And not only ordinary things. They had fresh fruits, dry fruits such as figs and dates… Fresh juices, yogurt and cereals, bread, eggs, cheese, also goat cheese, meat, fish…just everything… They also have during the day a snack and salad bar and drinks if you wanna stay in, and also offer dinner, which was fantastic. So to add it all up, I’d highly recommend it… It was an absolute blast 🍀

All in all a very nice experience. Nice and Clean rooms, however the pillows in thw beds were very hard and not comfortable. Another thing that good be better is soundproofing, especially between the door to our apartment and the hallway. Woke us up every morning. Besides this; the breakfast was great and open until 11.00 am. Staff was friendly and always smiling, which of course made the experience even better.

Property staff were excellent. Loved the small restaurant bar.
