Chateau Hotel

Had a great time, it was in a central location to everything so the perfect place to stay. Elaine was fantastic and so helpful with our room. There was another lady in the evenings who helped with my bf’s birthday surprise, she was so sweet. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to get back to New Orleans!

Ms. Elaine was so very helpful to us when the booking site made an error with our reservation. She got us fixed up at a sister hotel right away so we could enjoy our time in the city!

Elaine and Brian at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. My room was on the courtyard. Very charming and peaceful. I was there in early December and the neighborhood was quiet. Elaine recommended French Toast a nearby restaurant for breakfast. It was excellent.

Very friendly staff Nice room. The room had the feel of a writers loft. Lots of wood paneling. We had stayed in this room before. The recent remodeling has removed most of the paneling within the bedroom area. Possibly for sound deading additions.

Front desk staff, Ms Elaine was wonderful. She was full of information and tips to make our trip enjoyable. Bed was comfortable. Building was what I pictured New Orleans to be. Great location - couple blocks from Bourbon St or Decatur St

The courtyard was fabulous. The beds very comfortable.

While the bathroom and linens were very clean, I would’ve liked to see better cleaning in the corners of the room and a little cleaner floor.

The location was fantastic. It was very convenient to have quick access to Bourbon Street and the French Market. The room was clean, and the courtyard was lovely, allowing for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The hotel was so nice and the location was great to walk to the Market, Bourbon St. And so many great restaurants . The associates were so great.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of everything! Very comfortable, warm and inviting!! Great place very convenient area!!
