"Worst hotel stay in Germany"

The cold water dispensing machine in lobby

No hot drinking water , demanded 3 euros for a cup. No air conditioning , cooling AC said to be broken down for a whole year without repair. Staff attitude especially Anna was terrible, mocked customer and deliberately refused to give carport entry code when asked. Bed was sagging. Not a single extra cushion inside room. Room facing the busy road was noisy, and could not open windows despite no air conditioning.

Bushaltestellen vor dem Haus. Receptionist sehr freundlich. Frühstück Buffet für jeden Geschmack. Kann ich empfehlen.

Keine Kästen für Kleidung und kein Safe.
