Bra läge på hotellet. Slitet och gammalt men rent och städat. Sängarna behöver bytas, kände fjädrarna. Enkelt frukost med det nödvändiga men borde vara straffbart att inte ha bacon till äggröran... För högt pris i relation till vad de erbjuder men med tanke på efterfrågan under julmarknaden i Lübeck förstår jag om de ser sin chans att tjäna lite extra.

"Over priced mediocre hotel."

Location, decor in room and breakfast area.

Mold in bathroom shower ceiling. Glasses in bathroom filthy. Breakfast food area not clean. Check in was tedious because we came a little early and were told to come back at 3:00. Everyone showed up at 3:00 and there were disagreements with the people ahead of us about price quoted on phone vs price stated at check in.

"Very convenient warm place in winter..Lots of people stay here for the Xmas markets"

Gute Lage

Nicht sauber, Einrichtung nicht vollständig ( z.B. keine Zahnputz Becher, Wasserkocher vorhanden aber keine Tassen , Teebeutel und Instant Kaffee. Einrichtungsmöbel mit schaden. Frühstück ☹️

Sehr gute Lage. Personal super freundlich.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Betten sehr alt, wackelig, kaputt und bei jeder Bewegung gequitscht. Matratzen waren durchgelesen.

In unserem Zimmer und im Bad funktionierte die Heizung nicht. Ein kleiner Heizlüfter sorgte zwar für Wärme, war aber so laut, dass wir dabei nicht schlafen konnten. Da auch die Decke sehr dünn war, haben wir in der Nacht gefroren. Am nächsten Morgen und am Nachmittag war an der Rezeption kein Ansprechpartner, mit dem man über eine Entschädigung hätte sprechen können. K.Block

Die Innenstadtnähe

Kaum gepflegt, Bj Anfang 1990, seitdem kaum was am und im Haus gemacht. Knarrende Türscharniere und Schlösser, hier fehlt nur ein bißchen Schmierung. Besseren Rraumservice und gründlichere Pflege würde dem Haus von nutzen sein.

Leider nur die Lage des Hotels

Das Hotel ist heruntergekommen. Duschkopf wa abgerissen. Duschtür schließt nicht. Griffe abgerissen. Frühstücksraum schmutzig. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert
