An dem sehr heißen Tag und der heißen Nacht hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Wir mussten bei geöffneter Flurtür versuchen zu Schlafen, waren die ganze Nacht nassgeschwitzt. die Reklamation beim Receptionfräulein rief nur ein bedauerndes Läucheln hervor!
