Freundliches Personal

Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück ist minimal gehalten.

Die Matratzen waren super, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage und der Preis für einen Trip nach Leipzig absolut OK.

Etwas hellhörig und der Teppich war nicht wirklich gründlich gereinigt.

"Mit andauernd fehlenden Fernsehsendern billig, nicht preiswert"

Günstiges Hotel, Frühstück ok, nettes Personal

Fernsehempfang nach dem ersten Aufenthalt auch 5 Wochen später noch nicht komplett. ARD ja, ZDF nein; ONE ohne Signal - ESC-Vorentscheide konnten nicht geguckt werden. Viele andere TV-Sender stehen auf der Liste, sind aber nicht verfügbar. Das eigene Notebook zum Fernsehgucken ist ungenießbar, weil das WLAN unterirdische Bandbreite in Zimmer 342 bietet. Es ruckelt ständig und der TV-Stream bricht wiederholt ganz ab. Warum ist das TV-Problem in dem Hotel fünf Wochen später, wie versprochen, noch nicht gelöst worden? Die Papierkörbe im Zimmer könnten nach drei Tagen unaufgefordert geleert werden.
