At Home Appart Hotel

Good localization , execelente staff...very clean and wonderful breakfast.

We arrived late and found a locked door with no receptionist, slept on a twin bed and we were warned to make sure we took out the trash before we checked out.

Very close to the Halle aux Grains, friendly staff, walking distance to centre.

I would certainly recommend this hotel, good location, clean, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced

Very helpful staff. Studio room was small but comfortable. Soon after our arrival we discovered a leak from the toilet. Staff investigated and we were told if not able to fix then we would be transferred to another room. We were in fact transferred to an apartment - at no extra cost. The extra room and space made our stay more pleasant. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our 4 day stay. Buses very convenient and metro not too far away. 3 small supermarket shops nearby and also a Lidl. There was also free access to the internet, in the reception lobby, at all times. Good value for a short break.

We really chose the hotel because it was very handy for our family who now live in Toulouse.

Hadnt expected much given we had booked a 'couch bed' but the bed was made up when we arrived and the room was nicely decorated. The room was clean (although maybe the bathroom might need a refit in the next year) but otherwise fine.It had a balcony and was quiet. The hotel is located slightly away from the main tourist area of toulouse but there are bars, cafes and restaurants frequented by younger locals just round the corner (try 'petit london' bar for a cheap beer with the cool crowd). Dont expect to come out the hotel to a view of the river or cathederal.. theres a lidls and a busy main road... but a 10 min walk will get you to all the main tourist attractions. Free internet access in the lobby and helpful staff also. Its not a luxury hotel but certainly a good one for a short stay if youre prepared to walk a short distance to see what the city has to offer.

We chose the hotel because we have two small dogs and wanted somewhere dog-friendly and central, with some self-catering facilities. The studio room was clean and well-furnished, with the bonus of a balcony overlooking the Canal du Midi and a fascinating nightclub - lots of people-watching! The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke to us in clear French that we had no trouble understanding. Excellent central location and easy access to the hotel and car park at all times. And the dogs enjoyed their stay too!

Room was shabby and incredibly noisy at night. The floor was full of crumbs, the place serisously needed revamping. Nothing was included, They even want you to clean the room when you leave!!!

The hotel location was close to the metro station and also close to the ttractions. Hotel staff were nice and friendly. The size of the one bedroom appartment was good for that price. It would be a lot expensive to get the same size in a regular hotel. I didn't like the fact that they don't clean the room everyday unless it was requested, and a fee would be applied. Also the fact that I had to clean the kitchen area before leaving was a little pain.
