At Home Appart Hotel

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, très bon matelas, insonorisation excellente, service très courtois et constructif, salle de bain correcte.

My friend and I booked a studio (double) room with 2 single beds at Appart'Hotel for 2 nights. When we arrived to check in we were given a room, however when we went to the room there was only 1 single bed. We went back down to reception to ask if we had been given the wrong room and we were told to come back in a little while because there were no other rooms available. We came back to be given the same room with a collapsable bed added in. We were given no compensation for firstly the inconvenience, and secondly the make-shift room which was very squishy with 2 beds in it. The experienced staff were very dismissive when we asked about room prices/ potential reimbursement and generally speaking, reception was understaffed and we were waiting excessive amounts of time to be served.

Hôtel qui se dégrade : exemple, transats qui datent AUCUN SERVICE D'URGENCE : un touriste est décédé, sans aucun secours médical !!! LAMENTABLE Buffet correct mais qui semblait "recycler" beaucoup de plats, Musique à la piscine trop forte all inclusive très "cheap" : boissons très bas de gamme, verres en plastique petits et très fragiles. Service très inégal, suivant les individualités

Quartier de la Halle aux grains très sympa et vivant . A peine 15 mn à pied du Capitole

le plus: La proximité des lieux touristiques, des restaurants. Le moins: Immeuble un peu désuet , aurait besoin d'une bonne dose de peinture et d'aménagement en éclairage.

Proximité du centre. Bien pour un court séjour. Rénovation de la SDB et moquettes serait la bienvenue.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pros: Hotel has a paid underground parking. Hotel is close to town center. Staff OK. Negative: Everything else is negative. Room on the 4th floor with balcony with furniture/kitchen from 1970's with heavy smell of tobacco smoke. 4th floor hallway dark with only 2 lights working, carpet with stains. Booked 2 double beds and got an old pull out bed with old blankets and sheets, not dirty but very, very old. Bathroom in terrible condition never renovated and dark. Didn't want to go back to room so we stayed out until midnight. Couldn't sleep well due on thin mattresses and we had to leave balcony door open due to tobacco smell so we left 6 am. Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Avoid if possible.
