"Un cauchemar"

Le petit déjeuner

Nuit atroce Restaurant hyper bruyant et impossible de fermer les portes coupe feu, j’ai du appeler la réception plusieurs fois et ce jusque 2 h du matin Aucun geste commercial , juste 300 euro jeté à la poubelle

"Incredulidad en un Hotel de 4 estrellas"

El personal de recepción excelente y muy amable

El trato para poder cenar el día 4. Había una cena de 50 personas y se me dijo que habría mucho retraso , sobre 50 minutos. La cafetería tampoco ofreció solución , excepto 4 pinchos ya preparados, que el camarero no sirvió en la mesa, siendo yo mismo quien se encargo de llevarlo a la mesa. Es la primera vez que me pasa, en 66 años, con muchos viajes de trabajo y placer. Estando en un Hotel de 4 estrellas, lo normal es avisar con tiempo de lo que iba a suceder esa noche Limpieza de habitacion muy mejorable

"It was good if you don’t mind a 20min walk into city centre. Plenty of buses to the hotel from city centre."
