Неймовірні люди працюють в цьому місці. Дуже тихо, затишно, прекрасні гості, дуже гарна і комфортна зона біля великого басейну, смачна їжа і чарівні краєвиди, просторі номери. Обожнюю це місце тепер!

Мені було замало варіантів їжі на вечерю, наприклад салати. Так як зараз моє харчування досить обмежене - не було простих страв, меню дещо креативне, шикарне. Але це був мінус суто для мене, моїм друзям було комфортно.

El lugar está divino ! El entorno es soñado. Todo muy bien mantenido. El equipo que trabaja en general muy amable.

Hola me hubiera gustado que el desayuno y el menú cuando uno está 3/4 días fuera más variado. Que x la tarde haya algún servicio cerca de la pileta por ejemplo que ofrezca algo para tomar o comer sencillo , ya que no había nada durante la tarde hasta la cena.

Struttura bellissima, spazi interni molto curati e la parte esterna è meravigliosa, una bellissima vista e circondata dal verde. La piscina anche molto bella e curata. Ci hanno fatto un upgrade alla camera che disponeva di un letto King size e un bagno bellissimo. Il ristorante a cena ci ha soddisfatti: tutto buonissimo in linea anche con la cucina toscana ed il personale assolutamente accogliente e disponibile.

Nella camera assegnata che aveva delle travi antiche sul soffitto sentivamo il rumore delle termiti. Ci ha infastidito un po nella notte ma più che altro dato il prezzo non dovrebbero esserci questo tipo di problemi, ci dovrebbe essere attenzione a 360 gradi.

Very nice hotel and accomodation.

We had some hiccups with cleaning team, for example no shower towels were left. Also we took the wine tour and seems like the person giving it was not feeling like working that day so it felt like a "waste of money".

The hotel looks like a dream, it is an incredibly charming property, this residence was once a Medici hunting lodge. You can really feel that you're staying in a piece of history, as the manor still has all of its authentic charm. We stayed in the Chianti Riserva suite, which is a very spacious suite with separate bedroom, seating area and an enormous badroom, and it has great views of the property. The bed was very comfortable, probably the best sleep we had during our entire trip. The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. We did not use the pool during our stay, but it also looked great! We also pre-booked a tour and tasting of the Dianella winery and their wines, and we really enjoyed it! The wines are very tasty and have a good value, so we bought a few bottles to take home to enjoy later. We had dinner in the restaurant once, which we enjoyed with a bottle of the Dianella Chianti Riserva wine. The view from the restaurant terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills is just breathtaking, day and night! The staff of this resort and the restaurant are very friendly and welcoming.

For a resort at this price level, some things could have definitely been improved to make the experience more perfect. First of all, our toilet did not flush. After using the toilet, we had to lift the heavy lid in order to get it to function, which is really not acceptable. We pointed this out at the reception the first morning, and while they said they were going to check it out, it seems like nothing happened. Of course, it is possible that the problem could not be solved right away, but it would have only been the proper thing to do to give us a heads up and ideally a small compensation for the inconvenience. Breakfast was neatly presented and super fresh, but the options were very limited. You could order egg or toast dishes freshly prepared but these were all at a surplus of 10-15 EUR, which feels a bit outrageous considering the price you pay per night. There was also no complementary drinking water in our room, this is a small detail but it can make a big difference in overall hospitality.

Периодическое отсутствие напора воды, Могут забыть убрать номер , либо не вынести мусор после уборки , Отсутствие возможности в течении дня выпить кофе или что то еще , либо просто персонал не смог объяснить как это сделать , у бассейна не сделать заказ ….
