Die Hotelanlage und Einrichtung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Wir reisten mit unserem Hund und auch für ihn war die Umgebumg perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel Sehr emofehlen.

Beautiful views and architecture.

Even though the location was probably beautiful when it opened, it is unkept and extremely dirty. I don’t understand how the other guests could have said that it deserves 9/10. The drive way up to the hotel is full of potholes so if you have a sport car it would be very difficult to arrive at the location. In the breakfast area there were a lot of stains on the bench & chairs and in the corners it was full of spiders & spider webs, both old and new. On the ceiling corner it was a cemetery of dead spiders. The room was also extremely dirty. We could not even touch the floor due to how dirty it was. You could see that the dust had accumulated and cemented in all the corners and joints of the floor. The walls were full of dampness and mold and the air in the room was horrible, not fresh at all. In many areas in the room the wall paint was chipped and it was falling on the ground and as the room was not properly cleaned, the chipping of paint remained on the floor during our stay. The walls in the toilet were extremely dirty. Disgusting. I don’t even want to imagine what happened there. They should be repainted ASAP. The bedding was also stained and you could feel it was not properly washed. There was no phone signal in our room, in the Scudderia area. Unacceptable. Also, the cherry on the cake: we had bugs & a huge centipede in the room. In the window area there were a lot of dead bugs and worms. I would not recommend this property. I am attaching photos attesting all our complains. Hopefully, they will perform a deep clean after seeing our review. It is a pity as the property in itself would have been beautiful if it would have been clean and kept in order. Extremely disappointed as we initially booked another hotel and we changed our mind and chose Villa Daniella. Big mistake.

Posizione eccellente. Struttura immersa in uno scenario davvero incantevole con vista su vigneti e colline davvero meravigliosa.

Nulla in particolare, unico particolare la camera (seppur confortevole) non ha corrisposto con quella riportata nella prenotazione.

Beautiful view and garden, great breakfast, amazing restaurant, charming room with nice touches. Exquisite taste giving a true authentic Tuscany vibe.
