Nice breakfast and breakfast staff. Good location

Very very poor check in system, very last minute and caused a great deal of stress. No staff on site to help with any queries. Wouldn't stay again.

"SCAM HOTEL"

SCAM! NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! You WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN as they are not sending the entrance code if you booked the hotel in same day as your arrival, but anyway they will charge you. They say that are 24/7 support available but they will not answer you! We were calling them for all possible numbers for around an hours, we wrote also in every possible source. You will stay with all your suitcases at night searching for another hotel. It’s SCAM HOTEL, and they will never refund you and they will even report to booking like you “no show” FIND ANOTHER HOTEL , believe me, it’s crazy how they treat the guests and there are a lot of other reviews same as mine
