La ubicación muy céntrica y la terracita, pequeña pero muy agradable.

Faltaba un mínimo de cocina: fregadero y microondas es lo mínimo exigible. Si utilizas un vaso lo tienes que fregar en el lavabo del baño. Sólo había frigorífico y uncalentador de agua para hacerse un té.
