The building was perfect and typically French. It was the best accommodation we had in Europe so far, rooms were bigger than expected. Lobby was beautiful, and they were decorating for Christmas. By far the staff were absolutely fabulous. Polite, welcoming and extremely helpful. Lift was helpful too!

Extremely friendly staff which has made our stay helpful and enjoyable. Property is good as well although little bit outdated amid needs some renovation, location is central with a short walk to all directions

It was a memorable stay & I would love to go back Location: very conveniently located, walking distance to everything , infact this location is better than many other hotels. Nice is the base to visit many nearby cities and extremely close to the train station , restaurants & shopping is hardly at a 5 mins distance Staff: All the staff was extremely warm hospitable and loving. From the senior management to the others. They go above & beyond to help Room: Our room was fairly big & convenient since we were 3 adults. Breakfast : Breakfast was served in the room or you have an option to eat at the courtyard Overall it was a great & comfortable stay.

Great location and wonderful staff. So close to old town (10-12 minutes), and the train station (6 minutes).Very accommodating.

Apartment we were in needs wider window coverings for privacy. I believe some deferred maintenance could be done on the unit, one of the bedroom lamps kept turning on/off like it had a short. The sink facet base was lose as was a handle on one of the kitchen drawers. The sofa was not very comfortable to sit on cushions were a bit saggy.
