Fantastic location for visiting the San Mames Stadium, plus easy walking distance to bars/restaurants and Guggenheim (obviously therefore a little way from the Old Town. Rooms were very clean, air conditioning was excellent (it was a hot weekend), staff were very helpful and considerate, great breakfast. Fabulous pillows.

The price was exorbitant, but I suspect comparable to other hotels, for the weekend of the European Rugby Cup Finals. Other than that the hotel was absolutely fabulous, with a wonderful staff, who all had "can do" attitudes.

Location was good, close to all transport. Staff on reception were very helpful,especially Noemi.Rooms were very clean and facilities were brilliant

Not far from the centre.. plenty of bars near by nd restaurants.. Breakfast quite gud, im g/free nd they did cater for me.. Lovely walk dwn by the river.. went to San Sebastian by bus, beautiful place..

It was the second time here! The location is excellent for walking around the city center. The room was well furnished, very clean and equipped with all the comforts.

Check staff was the night shift and the Lady was wonderfully helpful and let us buy refreshments after midnight.
