"Beautiful location and stunning surroundings"

The lake setting. The exclusivity. The scenery. The staff were lovely. Clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast room was stunning. One of our rooms had an issue with the bed mattress but it was dealt with and moved to another room very quickly and apologetically.

Shame there is a lack of facilities like lunch / dinner options and no leisure facilities. However the restaurant down the road was fantastic and only a short ride on the bus to the city centre.

The venue next to the Leopoldskron Schloss was amazing. Breakfast in the ballroom of the palace was a really special treat.

The hotel room was very basic and not the standard to meet the price.
