One of the worded experiences I was assaulted with a baseball bat and forced to leave by one of the employees at the hotel . To anyone thinking of going there. DON'T.

"Granada"

The hotel is in a great location but was a bit basic. The only parking they had was a public car park, which was a 10 minute walk away. The reception desk is manned 24 hours which is helpful.

For us only to sleep was ok, but to stay longer -we was 2 nights The bed was too soft but the staff were politely and helpful

"Muy buena ubicación"

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca de la catedral. También se puede subir a la Alhambra caminando con facilidad. La habitación que nos tocó era interior y pequeña, pero cómoda y limpia.

"Very Small Rooms"

This hotel is a real dump. You couldn't even swing a cat in the room (not that we tried!). It smelled bad, it was noisy, it had paper thin walls. It was as if there were no walls. Showers leaked all over the floor. The front desk people were weird. The view out of the window was of an elevator shaft type opening. We had to change rooms because the shower broke. We saved money staying at this hotel, but I'd have much rather spent twice this amount to stay in a decent place.

La décoration de l'hôtel a été faire avec un goût très sûr, la gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel sont à la hauteur , c'est un EXECELLENT rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons à tous les voyageurs cet établissement idéalement situé dzans le centre de Grenade.

"Un peu déçu.."

Par rapport aux photos présentant l'hôtel, j'ai été un peu déçu de l'état général , qui est assez désuet...c'est juste bien pour y coucher une ou deux nuitées..point positif cependant: l'emplacement géographique, à deux pas de l'avenue de Colon, l'artère principale du centre-ville.

"Staff made up for the room"

I am not sure which rooms look like the pictures shown, but ours did not. We got a first-floor room and really got the shaft because we had no real balcony, just a creepy street view. The safe did not have a key, though the desk staff said we could leave things with them. Don't write off the hotel, though. The staff were amazing. They booked us a tour of the Alhambra at last-minute notice, they helped with all sorts of ridiculous tourist questions- market locating, where to get the best tapas, and even booking a bus.
