The room doesn't have air condition, dirty, the pool was with worms.

When I first walked into the room there was a roach crawling across the bed. A few minutes later there were two other roaches crawling on the wall. I was able to ignore it as it was just one night but if I would have been with my daughter she would have refused to stay there. Also the room smelled like the previous guests were smokers and it reeked of previous cigarette smoke. I did not bring it up to the owners of the hotel because I was exhausted and did not want to deal with changing rooms or hotels.

I stayed for 7 days in this location had a couple of issues buy was resolved very quickly. No complaints and will stay again

My stay was disappointing my next door neighbor was fighting with their partner the whole time . And when I called to complain their response was for me to get a audio recording of the neighbor's voices while they are arguing and fighting with each other. Which I am not even sure that is legal to due actuality. Finally after the staff obviously was not going to fix the problem I ended up calling the police on the neighbor's adjacent to my hotel room. The police took one person away via an ambulance and gave the other people inside the room a warning.

This property is horribly run down Trash thrown in front of the rooms. Bad smell in the room. deterioration of door handles. I could not stay in the hotel, because I was also afraid of the outdoor environment, even clients walking shirtless in the parking lot.

The room smelled like marijuana. My brother’s room smelled like smoke. Stains on the ottomans in both rooms. Only half of a roll of tissue in both rooms. There were only thin blankets similar to a sheet in all rooms. No comforter in any room at all. The shower curtain was black and dirty from top to bottom. Apparently they don’t wash them. I clicked the pay at the property button while making my reservation. They charged my card before I even got to the room. Therefore they had to put my money back on my card. Online it says $80 on the weekend and they charged my brother $110 plus tax on that Saturday. There were DRUG dealers and drug users just standing around outside while we were trying to unload our cars. We all felt very unsafe and uncomfortable the whole time. We will never go back to that hotel again.

Check into my room first thing i was greeted with was roaches everywhere door was missed up door lock was just hanging from door call the office they told me that I had to stay in that room and that they didn’t have no other room and they ain’t going to give me a refund and that I got to deal with it paying almost 80 dollar for this stay

My booking was for 3 people and it said up to 4 but since we had a deal vs. What they charge there they were mad and harassed us and said we were a burdon because we booked online instead of the $90 they wanted to charge. They said they didn't care what I paid online or what it said but it wasn't the $77 I paid they wanted $20 for the 3rd person so to be friendly and not have problems with owner we had my sister get her own room elsewhere the next night and I stated that when I went and paid in their lobby and they were so rude and tell me okay fine but no visitors at all so with that and just that I was in the office bothering them with a payment, then all day nothing from them until 1am. I was asleep and the owner comes banging on the door like it was an emergency and immediately I thought my poor sister staying by herself at a diff. Hotel and answer and it was the owner saying she wanted $20 for the 3rd person who I had to show her it was only me and my husband, now mind you I don't make noise I don't bother a soul I even get my own towels and all which they wouldn't give me because I stayed over.. I will never stay there again and I pray nobody else does.

The room had a cigar smell. The bathroom had a big mold stain. It didn't have a paper bin. I found somebody else's hair on the floor.

The pictures of the rooms are not the pictures of the real property. The room had an awful strong smell of cigarrettes. The floor, walls, bathtub, sink were all dirty. Bed smelled bad. Didnt take me 10mins to decide that I wanted to leave the place and requested a refund, the administrator said he would keep the money because I had already entered the room and now he had to "clean the room" again. Later I noticed on Google reviews and everywhere that this is their MO, everybody complains about the same cigarrette smell, but the admin said he "didnt smell anything", and when people notice the place is bad and request a refund, they always have an excuse of why they will not return the money. Regardless of how long it took, since in my case I did it within 10 to 15 mins since I checked in. The Admins are running a fraudulent business here and should be banned from the hotel/Inn services. Stay away from this place. Expedia should remove this place from their services.
