We reached the rooms around 10.30pm and there was no one to attend, we had no code and couldn't enter the building. For hours we were standing outside somehow we managed to the contact on what's app and the lady didn't understand English or it seemed she was pretending to not understand and we had to translate everything using Google and still didn't give a code or explain the procedure, we then met a person who was living in property...And they guided us ...the email with the code took over 2 hours to come , shops had closed and lanes went silent.... The receptionist who was on what's app could have just told us in the first place to complete the form and give sometime to receive the but she kept us waiting.. the room pillow cases were extremely dirty and not washed in a long time and so was the washroom smelly.. terrible.. service and will never go there again.

Que estaba en el centro y el aire acondicionado

Las camas incómodas, las rampa era imposible subir por ahi las maletas.

No hace falta hablar con nadie, haces el check in online y accedes con codigos a todo, la habitacion era algo mas espaciosa de lo que pensaba y por el precio que pagamos no se puede pedir mas

El check in online es un poco tedioso para un grupo grande y habia alguna mancha en las colchas de las camas

Didn’t stay here but they wouldn’t let me cancel and get refunded. But i’d be weary about staying here because all I’ve heard is negative things alone with bed bugs and in appropriate neighbours
