O local muito bom!! As camas confortáveis.

Falta de recepção para qualquer pergunta, papel higiênico acabou o homem que estava hospedado no quarto vizinho que me forneceu, porque se não teria que comprar.

Não, havia nada de que gostamos. Infelizmente foi uma decepção e não indicaremos a ninguém.

Dá falta de receção, e o quarto estava a cheirar a pó. Encontramos percevejo numa das camas. Foi uma experiência horrível.

I liked because it was well located and good price

There was a leak in the middle of our room during our stay. As there was no receptionist available at the time, another guest helped us find a phone number to contact the property. We requested a room change, but were informed that no other rooms were available and that we should simply wait for the leak to stop while someone was sent to inspect the issue. Unfortunately, the response was not satisfactory. To prevent the room from getting soaked, we found some cleaning cloths in a storage area and placed them ourselves under the leak. The following day, two staff members came to inspect the room, but as we had planned activities, we could not stay and discuss the matter further. What disappointed us most was the lack of follow-up and care. No one asked whether we needed the room cleaned or whether there was anything they could do to make us more comfortable after the incident. When we returned later that day, the cloths were exactly where we had left them. I understand that this is not one of the most expensive accommodations available, but basic standards of service and guest care should not depend on the price paid. While problems can happen anywhere, we expected a more proactive approach and a genuine effort to make us feel supported and assisted during our stay.

Établissement proche des transports en commun, portes sécuritées, calme, les cafés en bas proposent une excellente cuisine.

Atendimento rápido. Quarto com banheiro privativo achei ótimo! Perto de muitos comércios e a 800m da estação de metro Chuveiro bem forte, uma delícia (mas molha o banheiro ).

Faltou mais tomadas disponíveis no quarto. Fora isso, nada a reclamar
