"Gorgeous lovely but need a car and expect to use it."

The size the decor the ambiance and the bed comfort the location and view. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful restaurant.

No facility for any snacks or lunch outside restaurant during the day which was too expensive for everyday . Needs a bar to serve the rooms and visitors. Pool could have been cleaner but a minor point.

"Perfect tuscan retreat for families and couples"

The property and its location are stunning. Our suite (the Margarita) is modern and equipped with everything you would need for a self catering accommodation. The grounds are well maintained and all shared areas and rooms are regularly cleaned. The onsite restaurants a highlight of our stay, happily accommodated some of our parties dietary needs. The reception staff were very responsive before our arrival and very helpful throughout. The pool was also clean and has a stunning view

Very little. The location is slightly remote (but where isn’t in Tuscany) and totally worth the extra distance for such a beautiful property

Rocca di Castagnoli and its incredible staff deserve the highest praise. They consistently surpassed all expectations, providing an extraordinary experience for my family and me. The team's genuine warmth, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor were truly remarkable. Beyond that, the property and its surroundings are absolutely stunning, we definitely will be returning!

Il panorama vista bellissima

Accesso alle camere molto scomodo . Ricevimento inesistenze e sgarbato. Piscina sporca. Camera calda senza condizionatore e cassaforte .

La posizione splendida vista

L’assenza di una direzione in grado di risolvere le esigenze degli ospiti ( ricovero bici e deposito temporaneo di prodotti deteriorabili se lasciati in auto sotto il cocente sole di questi giorni). L’assenza rileva anche sulla piscina poco pulita ( bordi ingialliti e foglie) . Stanza senza aria condizionata dotata di ventilatore ma inevitabilmente rumoroso.assenza di cassaforte

La zona è meravigliosa e la struttura è stata perfettamente ristrutturata mantenendo la sua storia. La nostra camera era molto ampia, il letto comodissimo e il panorama dalla finestra era incantevole. Abbiamo anche degustato un ottimo vino prodotto dall'azienda del posto. Ottima esperienza, sicuramente da ripetere!

La cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stata la colazione, che però era gestita da un ristorante che non appartiene alla struttura ricettiva. La colazione è stata un po' dozzinale: poca varietà con prodotti dolci confezionati e yogurt acquistati al discount. Mancava anche il latte senza lattosio.
