I can't respond to any of these questions because we did not stay there. I tried several times to call beginning 3 days before our scheduled arrival, but could NEVER get through. Either the phone # on their website was wrong or it didn't work or I didn't know how to make the call correctly. I tried email, but the only access I might have had was through Booking, but your portal did not allow my contacting them directly.

Make access via phone or email easier.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Sauber & alles was man braucht Nettes Personal

Die Gegend war Nachts etwas unangenehm alleine als Frau. Ist aber im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel auch zu erwarten - nur im Hinterkopf je nach Anreisezeit.
