B&B Woodside

The owners are a very friendly and nice couple. The bed was very cosy, the cleanliness was excellent and the breakfast was of 5-star standard! You can book a small sauna on the terrace and there is a decent sized pool! As a guest, you can easily get the impression that you are in a small spa and not in a private bed & breakfast accommodation.

The partition walls are a little thin, so you can sometimes hear what's going on in the neighbouring room. But that didn't really bother us.

Sadly the pool area was out of action due to weather, but still looked nice if the sun was out.

Breakfast was excellent. Mecky obviously takes care to ensure the guests have a fulfilling breakfast. The trails near the house were an added bonus.

Could have had a blanket on the bed.

Lovely quiet location and beautifully maintained

Just one minor complaint, but there was only one glass in the room. Maybe leave 2 when there are 2 guests. I’m sure if we’d have asked we could have had another but this is something to consider

This is a very romantic place, literally in the woodside, the host couple is really nice and caring. Thanks for this joyful stay, even if it was just for one night, it was perfect!

Very nice and quiet cul-de-sac street. Easy parking at the property. The breakfast was exceptional! The host was very friendly and polite.
