Locația foarte bună, aproape de Piață Universității, Cișmigiu sau Sala Palatului. Camere spațioase, curate. Mic dejun decent, aveai ce să alegi.

Destul de vechi și neîngrijite băile sau ușile de la intrarea în cameră sau baie.

Το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο είχα διαβάσει τα αρνητικά σχόλια αλλά είναι όλα αβάσιμα ! Μην διστάσετε να κλείσετε αυτό το κατάλυμα σε σχέση ποιότητας τιμής είναι αξιοπρεπέστατο και πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό

This is difinately not a 4 star hotel you see in booking.com here, some of the facilities and services are not matched to the photo at all. (according to the staff, it taken at least more 10 or 15 year ago) The room I booked didn't have the tea and coffee maker that should include, I asked from reception, I got the kettle but not coffee or tea, the telephone has no line attached, it just for decoration, anything u need, you must call another no or what app them.. My room 207,the passage from the entrance to bed area has an oversize cabinet that blocking half of the walk way.. I am small n tidy,must also very careful when pass through it... It not safe for emergency at all!! The bed has only one layer of thin linen on it, you can feel the roughness underneath... I couldn't slept almost the whole 1st night, only the next day morning I told the housekeeping lady and showed her, she understood quickly and put a protecter on it. I must check out early morning so I asked for a breakfast box to go but they said they cannot provide, I insist only some fruits, the staff told me he is risking by losing his job to give me that.. Sound very ridiculous!!!! He is doing good job to make the guest happy and will get fire because of that??? He later offer me some fruits but it was the left over from breakfast and not fresh anymore, I gave up!! Look like the whole kitchen has no more fruits anymore!..the breakfast also not what you see in photo. I can see the disappointed face of others guest when they walk in to the breakfast room...I don't recommend anyone to choose here not only that,especially single women, as the area are very unsafe, there's some junkie or drunkie hanging just outside the street.. I hope booking can investigate or re-evaluate this hotel again... Because the price and the expectation for traveller are important..
